I’m very good at getting ahead of myself. I’ve found that it is easier to notice that you have not been present than noticing that you are not present. Perhaps this is the learning curve. Whatever the reason, my life flows when I am being present. When I am appreciating what I have, what is happening to me and around me my life seems to fall into place better than I could have wished for. It’s when I try to seize control that it slips away from me.
